St. Patrick’s Day Parade

The Brigade will be marching in Morristown, NJ’s annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Step-off is at noon.
Membership Training Camp

This event is for 2D Members and affiliate groups ONLY.
Union Muster
April 29 - 30
The 2D Artillery will be joining East Jersey Old Town for their 2 day union muster program. Demonstrations and cannon firing will happen throughout the weekend.
The Columns Living History
May 11
Home of the Lincoln flag, 2D will be doing a living history on the lawn of the historical society in conjunction with other Civil War units. Come visit us and view the Lincoln flag!
History Day at Old Town
May 18
The 2D Artillery will be joining East Jersey Old Town again for their History Day Program. Demonstrations and cannon firing will happen throughout the weekend.
Jamesburg Memorial Day Parade
May 27
As a thank you to the town of Jamesburg for the continued lease of their canon, come see the artillery fire our canon for the parade’s ending salute.
Randolph Freedom Festival
July 13
The Infantry, Civilians, Artillery, and our newest SS Resolute will be participating in one of Morris County, NJ’s largest 4th of July parades.
Old Wall Historical Society Living History
September 14 - 15
2D Brigade will be overtaking the Old Wall Historical Society for a weekend encampment of Living History. Come out to learn about life during the Civil War and also get a tour of the Old Wall buildings.
160th Cedar Creek Reenactment
October 18 - 20
2D Infantry & Artillery will be participating in the 160th Anniversary of the Battle of Cedar Creek. The reenactment will be open to the public for spectator viewing. Contact Cedar Creek Battlefield for more information.
Fosterfields Reenactment Weekend
Novemeber 2-3
Enjoy a full reenactment on the grounds of a historic working farm. Tour the “Willows,” home of the 7th’s original commander, Joseph W. Revere. Remembrance Day

The infantry will be marching as the Veterans’ Reserve Corps. in this year’s annual Remembrance Day Parade in Gettysburg.
